E-Glass is the most common fiber reinforcement used in the composites world. It is popular because it offers very good performance for how much it costs. It is not as strong or stiff as the higher priced Sglass and Carbon, but is still a high quality material. Our Eglass boards are constructed exactly like the higher end Sglass and Carbon models, but with this more inexpensive material. Ride the waves in style with the Swell bodyboard from Airwalk. The board features a high-density expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam core, a 6- to 8-pound crosslink polyethylene deck (depending on the size your purchase), and a 20-millimeter-thick slick bottom made of high-density polyethylene--all of which make the board lightweight and easy to carry.

Other design highlights include double rails, channels, heat lamination, and an Airwalk logo. A urethane single-swivel coil leash keeps the board attached to you when you're riding those intense waves. Made in China, the board measures 41 inches long and has a weight capacity of 150 pounds. It is recommended for ages 13 years and up and is covered by a 30-day manufacturer warranty.

The Paulo model is longer and narrower overall, especially on the larger sizes. Carbon is practically synonymous with top of the line in any industry. This fabric is highly coveted for its extreme strength and stiffness. Carbon fiber fabrics are about twice as strong and stiff as Eglass. Boards made with this material come out a little stronger, a little lighter, and a whole lot stiffer than Sglass boards.
